Not me this time but there is a friend that is struggling to get in-game and also not able to log on forums. Has tried clearing cache and all that you guys directed me to but this is a different problem that may or may not be fixable by the individual.

He suddenly logged off as soon as I had asked for the overview of his problem + solutions he's gone through thus far. Think he's trying from another computer but will re-post as soon as I find out. In the case something is up just let me/us know.

Trying to help him through a middle man will only serve to complicate things even more :D

Tell him to be very specific and include any details he can think of including his username and what happens when he tries to log in, etc.. Thanks!
