both on e2 & e3 the tick's been frozen for the past ... 5 hours(?)
why is that?

There was no disrespect or lack of regard. It was sunday, and I had my neice's b-day party to attend. The moment I woke up, I noticed ticks were down and it was resolved quickly. I didnt have time after doing my worlds & emails to check the help desk to address any threads.
We are not a corporation with billions of dollars in budget to hire someone to watch everything 24 hours a day all 365 days a year. I do my best to cover everything, but sometimes simply cant. I dont get out much, as you can imagine, but go figure that the day I do have something planned, a little downtime occurs. :p
A little bit of maturity and patience & understanding in these respects goes a long way.
However, I can promise you that coming in here and saying inflammatory things will solve nothing.
