Is customer service is lacking with this company??

It says they will get back to you within 24 hours but that does not seem to happen.
They ban but with no information.

Has anyone else ran into communication problems other than me.

My guess is that we find the complaints department with Tacticsoft Ltd in Israeli.

Another thing that is odd is that the company website for Tacisoft.

I guess you have to talk to Michael Rosen, CEO of Tacticsoft Ltd to get any answers.

So if I do not hear anything from admins here i will keep looking. I know I can get a hold of him on Linked.

Or maybe the company has financial problems.

I wonder if that will affect the red tokens that customers purchase???

Sorry man. Things have been a bit rough lately. Im not sure which servers you are talking about, but if you are referring to one of Andrew's, he is dealing with some issues lately. We are trying to help and divide the work between us admins but dont have it ironed out perfectly just yet. He has several worlds and each world can be alot of work.

Ill be running through all of Andrews worlds tonight, so if you are waiting on a response on one of them, you should get it tonight.

As far as my worlds, ive been pretty on point for a while. I might go slightly over 24 hours once in a while, but I usually address it and compensate for any unnecessary losses due to my lateness. Ill do my best to keep in par with that when running through Andrews worlds.

Again, sorry if you have been inconveinenced. Things had been going smooth for quite some time. I guess we were due to start having some issues! :cry:

Yeh, but you guys have to go through a lot of servers.... i dont blame that the amins are slow

I do, they never look at their inbox, and still could bother to make a post elsewhere.

Bloody hell, 500 max messages in Inbox, not 50.

So much for throwing a ban and leaving me to rot while I'm losing my squads in my server, good job.

If only there are admins half as active as myself. :\

If you have a customer service claim, make it. Otherwise dont come here spouting nonsense.

All worlds are caught up and inboxes were cleared out on all worlds by the time I went to bed last night. I woke up and hopped right into work.

Now, unless you have something you need help with, spouting more lies will only get you banned.

He has 24 hours to respond. Thats the way it is. Chances are it will not take him that long. Be patient.

EDIT: This thread has served its purpose, as Edoc got the assistance he needed. For the record, appealing a ban in the help desk is against the help desk rules, and Edoc DID NOT appeal his ban through the proper channels as he suggested.

2hrs?

Each admin handles messages, reports, posts, PM's and skype conversations from hundreds of different players a day. We try to get to all messages within 24hrs and typically we do but sometimes we can get backlogged. Unfortunately one of the things about an indie company is each person is required to do more than just 1 or 2 things around the company and also we do have lives so we're not going to be sitting staring at the inbox for 1 of the many worlds we monitor 24/7.

We understand that everyone wants a response ASAP and we understand if players are frustrated when we don't make our 24hrs benchmark but please give us at least 24hrs!
