I keep trying to log in to my Mars3 world, but keep getting the "server is busy try again later" popping up, why?

Whenever I try to launch I get this message:

General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysqli ]

Unknown column 'nMaxTick' in 'field list' [1054]

An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.
Please notify the board administrator or webmaster: [email protected]

Looked through coomon issues thread but found nothing pertaining to this................
