Hello, here's my question

So yesterday and earlier today I lost a couple of battles trying to conquer someone, but then, like 2 or 3 ticks after I lost 3000 gold against him (please keep in mind that this is in F2 which started yesterday) he and 3 other castles that were near him get banned

I know the guy I attacked was banned for multi accounts because he made the mistake of sending me a message from another account talking as he was the one I lost the battles against

So here is my question, can I apply for a refund on the resources I lost in the battles against him? will I have to recover the watchtower I lost against him by attacking it?

thank you very much for your help, I sent a message to my world's admin as well, if he hasn't noticed yet I'm guessing he will sometime soon
