the admins i know you all are very short of time but you should put mentor in the helps channels 2 ticks or 1 depends on the world because right now no one is in the help channels

Actually, while is in fact in the wrong forum, it's not a pretty bad idea. Volunteers (or people who want a few tokens) could check into the Help chat to help those who're lost.
