I've been banned in Earth 5 with this message 'Multi Earth 5'
I don't have any multi or me being a multi, I try to contest the banned but there hasn't been any response. Its been 2 days.

Contesting the banned and not making it public or posting it and it should be done privately, well THAT IS NOT HELPING!!!....

an Unresponsive Admin is someone u can't count on. Enforcing your rules ur own ideals and still the fact remains that the staff in here are very unreliable and does not help the players.

there has been a lot of people who've been banned due to their connection, OS used, and even in-game name and branded as Multi!!...

There's a reason why people play this game and there's a reason why people stopped playing this game and one of those reasons are the bad HELPDESK in here.

Man there has been many complains about players getting mistakenly banned this is a serious problem here in Battledawn I think it needs to be fixed.

There really no mistake and i answered all my bans list... i will check you again... But you have to relize one thing i been noticing is a spur of account sharings that freely give there password out to other players are making accounts on Earth 5 to help them farm there way up the ladder. But i will double check with your account...

EDIT: I found 10 multis linked to you... 10 ips with simlar name and other things i wont discuss in a public form... If you totally deni them being your multis whats so ever i will release you from your ban and re put protection. But i would suggest making sure no one has your password and even changing it to prevent any kind of (mix up as you say it) from happening

couldnt this also be him using more than 1 computer though my parents are divorced and i go to many different places so it could be very likely

man i got like 5 computers i play on.... but i don't think im nearly active enough for it to even be considerd acount sharing:P

but yikes.... that worries me you can get banned just for having a bunch of computers in your house...

@Admin Joe - its because my IP changes each time I connect to the internet
I'm using my Notebook to be able to play wherever , whenever
The Device I'm using is 'HUAWEI' which allows me to connect to
the internet anywhere I go in my country.

@lilconqueror - yeah that too can happen. There are internet cafe and using
wifi's in different places it changes ur IP. Since this game is
getting known by many the players and are getting resourceful
to be able to play during their work time, school time and even
shopping time they bring their gadgets.

This put me in a lot of trouble my allies in F2 told me I've been attacked and I think I lost my army and crystals (through skype). The IP thing needs to be fixed a lot of good players are quitting because they got mistakenly banned.
