Game says:
"The Fire Storm can kill the dragons and severely weaken the ships."

Anyone tell me How severely can it weaken the ships?
and what situation to be worth costing a Fire Storm?

it weakens 10 random units in a fleet by um 50% damage i think?
the best time to use an ion are:
on incoming dragons/nukes
on a relic you're after
on huge incoming fleets

HAve you ever had about SPAM unit ? ( its when 1 inf or veh or mech in 1 squard attack op/you ) By using Fire storm-lON canon u can kill 1 unit

If there is more units in , 10 random units will lose there Hp
Also if you have incomming missile it will kill it-destroy it!
You can also use lON canon to disarm nukes
