I was created the alliances...my friend send the request to join,but the request never come.Whay?

ok so you have started youre own alliance and your friend has requested to join then it should be in the events (exclamtion mark) you may have accidently marked it as read so look in relations and if you know he is definately going to join you then what you should do is go to his colony and send him an invite
