Please help!

Im using Windows 7 and I cant access Battle Dawn... I can get to the main home page with the big green button "Launch Game" it shows the processing bar which counts to 100% and then all I see is the words "Loading..." I cant get further then this.

Im using Internet Explore version 8, I have tiried Firefox and chrome... same thing happens...

please help!

Are you using the latest version of Adobe Flash Player? Try downloading & installing the latest version here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/

Have you cleared cache and cookies on said browsers? Also, please ensure that you have the very latest version of flash player by going HERE

It is a good idea to completely uninstall flash before installing the new version if you have not done this with the last few installations, simply because uninstalling can help clear out corrupted old files, files damaged by a botched update or install, or flash shared object causing issues somewhere (there are other fixes for this on adobe's site as well if removal>reinstallation doesnt alleviate).

There is a sticky on the help desk board regarding the loading issue and "Clearing C&C" which may aid you in your journey. If the above steps do not help, let us know and we will attempt to help you further :)

Thanks a million...

I didnt know to unstall it... I just uninstalled it and reinstalled flash player... I have just tiried all which was reccommanded... deteled Cashe and Cookies...

it did not work... Im left with a Black screen with the word "Loading..."

Hmm. It might be a connectivity issue. Do you know how to run a trace route?

You can Google directions to do this on your operating system. Run a trace route to battledawn.com so we can see if you are suffering packet loss somewhere along the line between you and the servers.
