I have been trying to log on to Galaxy 4 for several days, but keep getting the "Server maintenance" message.

I can see the new map, there are 532 players and it is tick 1.
Then when I highlight G4 and press the enter, I get "Server is currently under maintenance etc.."

I can log on to all the other servers without any trouble, its only G4 that I have the problem with.

I have tried different browsers, but still get the same result.

Is the new map causing some unseen problems?

Any ideas?

naw that shouldn't be the cause because he can get on every other world just not G4

I would say just wait it out cause since its still frozen

um..how come I notice players already in g4,but Blueboy1111 can't enter the sever?

i cant enter the server either

the server has been frozen for more than a day and only 500 people got on so the admins probably closed it down for some reason =/

This is not the solution, the fact that I can get onto all the other servers including the mars/earths/fantasies and the other Galaxies, proves that.

There is definitely a fault with the G4 server as others are also have the same problem as me.

yup there has to be a reason for closing it down.Ok blurboy you better keep on waiting.

Still cannot join G4 a day later.

The screen still shows 532 players at tick 1.

I've logged onto all the other servers with no difficulty at all, its only G4, so it can't be my browser, cache or address etc..

Galaxy 4 is closed off for the time being. Im guessing it is overdue for a reset, and it has been closed off until it can be reset. (several servers in line at this time, and we cannot bunch resets together or we will get low populations on them)

Watch the announcements for a reset time. There is nothing wrong with the game or your account. Simmen just closed off access to G4 for the time being.
