Jokes aside, I actually agree with this suggestion. It would really put everyone on even playing grounds, discourage sub abuse, lessen the impact of boosters, lead to more wars, discourage farming and multiing, and would introduce more strategy into the game.

Please move this to community suggestions and add a poll.
