Please perma ban devastator in E3.

Zarule (currently temp banned and protected) gave his account details to devastator. Devastator then used zarules account to interfere with our gameplay. Using another players account to attack us. This is clearly cheating.

There is no way that you can request a ban ;)
I am aware of the situation and will do, what needs to be done. Zarule6 is banned for now and yes - protected - till I am able to figure out all details of this situation. Everything else will be handled privately between me and the player(s)
