hey,if i have earned an achievment and got tokens for it in one world,can i get tokens for it again in other world?

No, you cannot. The achievements go with you throughout your other worlds if you got it on another world.

Once you've received the 50 bonus tokens for the achievement you cannot get another 50 for said achievement.
