When I try to enter in the game with my Facebook account, I can only keep the log in during a few seconds before an annoying message appears in my screen:

And when I try to log in again:

Also, when I try to enter using the main page of Battle Dawn, I can't log in.

This problem started one month ago, when I was playing the previous era in Earth 2, but before that I could play normally. So what happened?

have you tried clearing your cache and cookies? also have you tried using a different web browser?

I've already try with others browsers: Opera and Safari. Also I've cleaned my cache and cookies. Another advice?

are you trying to log into multiple servers at one time? cause thats the problem most of the time

Yeah try tolog onto one server at a time and never have another person's account up while playing on yours.

The server under maintainence usualy come when you logg off. It might happen because of several servers at once.

I've reported it on to the devs.

yeah i know... when you log onto multie servers at one time it logs you out of them all

also happens if you are trying to play kong and BD.com at the same time

its annoying...is there any way to fix that?

Not unless you want to log in everytime you refresh. Sessions are useful.

The issue with kong is that kong and main BD are 2 different servers. The sessions are made on different databases so they are not cross compatible. You are still using the BD client though, and it wants to call on the last session you initiated. This is where the error starts.

As far as logging into multiple worlds at the same time, the game client doesnt like to run more than once in the same browser. Again, calling the last session initiated resulting in an error.

The easy fix for all above issues is to use different browsers for each individual session.
