Please explain how work shield. My colony attacking now. If i use shield what happend.

Well first you charge with with the amount of ticks of you want(3,6,9,12), then activate auto-shield and then when the attack is 1t away from your the shield activates and the attack gets delayed by the amount of ticks you charged your shield with
