I started playing BD at my friends house where it worked fine. I then returned home and found i could no longer log in. It loads correctly up to the login screen where i put in all my details and then it loads for a few seconds then returns to the login screen. I tried it on another pc on the same router and it worked fine. I have tried deleating my cache and cookies, tried it on firefox, chrome and internet explorer and still no luck. I am running Mcafee Anti-virus on one could that be the problem?

My sister seems to get your problem when she tries to login to school and they use out-dated browsers, try uninstalling Firefox then installing the latest version from http://www.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/ If this doesn't work

Make sure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player installed.

If THAT doesn't work try this -

Is another BD account logged in on your computer while you're attempting to login to your account? If so, make sure that account is on world select when logging in, then you should be able to login.

Good luck getting it working again, an admin should be on to help in more depth soon.

Hi i tried all that, updated firefox and windows explorer. reinstalled flash player. deleated cookies and cache again and still nothing. sent an email to support yesturday no reply yet

i had the same problem a while back

the only way it could be fixed is by changing the source from where u get the internet

i dunno if this even makes sence
but in my country there is diffrent internet companies
i had the prob till i change the company and now it works fine (it wasn't coz of bd btw)

anyway that's how i fixed it
if it's possible do what i did
but it's not worth doing all this for just a game
except if u really like it (like me)
u would do the sacrifice

isp provider is not the problem, both computers on same modem

yep, also post anything on forums on that pc. i get passed the login phase but when it returns to the forum i am not logged in
