I cant get in to play this game longer anymore(i am in earth 3 and my alliance name is 1ARM)... every time i open it,, after 5 mins it says that the server is busy and if i refresh it, it always say "Oops! Google Chrome could not connect to battledawn.com"....this is the 5th day already..arrgghhh!!!!>:/

This happens to me when my internet is capped, the game loads for so long but doesn't finish so the server thinks that it is down. I seriously think that you should increase the amount of time given to the server before it times you out, can make loading for me extremely difficult when I'm capped at 5kb/s

THe simplest answer is to clear your cache & cookies and restart your browser (see the sticky on the help desk index).

Other than that, Ferr3t is correct. This is a primary symptom of a connectivity issue.
