I have an issue with an outpost, one out of three that I took from the same colony.

All 3 were taken and I have proof in a SS sent to the admin. Yet it states it does not exist. All three were conqoured at about the same time, and we're all with in 15-16 control ticks ( impossible for me to even raze )

And a worst issue, I attacked a neutral OP from a banned player, and the OP had over 98 forces on it. Is this how it works? Banned players troops can still be present? I lost cruisers over that and I can't possibly understand why a banned player would be capable of even having forces still.

556 was the first mail, it's tick 828 now. I'm well aware that these people have lives, and I'm not complaining. Simply asking for someone to actually log in. These issues aren't just fluff, I have serious merit to them and proof, so I just would like it to be addressed is all.

Might I suggest the possibility that whoever took them has razed them? Hence why they no longer exist.
