as the ticks are still going, its very important for us to get back on!

I dont know that ticks are still processing. The database appears to be down too, and there is a good possibility that nothing is processing. Please stand by while we try to get things back up. Thanks!

It is back up. We could find no errors on the server which leads us to believe it was a networking problem.

Unfortunately, no errors means that things were processing. We can't do alot about this now, but once we assess how long things were down, we will likely distribute mass bonuses on all Galaxies to compensate as best we can.
