I have been billed twice by paypal with no credit to my BD account.

I have attempted to contact admins to no avail.

Sux. Help me out please ")

Have you cleared C&C? Refreshed the client? Same thing ahpeened to me but i got them 2 hours or so later.

What do you mean to no avail? :o I have been in contact since 2 minutes after you initially sent the message as I was online at the time. I am sorry if I did not respond again in a timely manner. One payment as you said has already been delivered as I expected it would be. The other will likely follow once PayPal sees fit to let it go.

PayPal has been giving us and our customers a ton of grief lately. It has been very common lately that they hold up payments because they see "suspicious circumstances". We have no idea what that means but once in a very great while, they are right about one, so I guess in their eyes the end justifies the means.

In my opinion they stop waaayyyy too many of these transactions and over 90% of the time, at least in our case, they are wrong. What can ya do though.. ya know? We dont have the means to process credit cards on our own affordably. Card companies are...well...nvm I wont get into that.

Point is, please be patient. I might not respond in 5 minutes, but I will get to you as soon as I can. Thank you. :)
