Can I attack someones outpost when I am conquered? Also if I rebel will I get my crystal back?

Yes, you can still attack pretty much anything when you're conquered, although if you attack colonies while conquered (with the exception of your conqueror) you don't conquer that colony.

No, you will not get your crystal back, even after a successful rebellion.

you can attack outposts while conquered but u dont get your crystal back when u rebel...

After u Rebel. u can start conquering other's unconquered colonies(but before u rebel u should have army ofcors :D .. but other might conquer
