This problem is not for me actually, its a friend of mine.

When ever he goes to BattleDawn.com, it asks him to launch (Like it does for me, and I'm sure everyone else) But when he launches it goes to the loading screen and then just stays loading forever, he left it on for 2 hours and nothing, he has restarted his computer, used Mozilla Firefox, internet explorer, and hes also cleared his history..

That's a screen shot of what hes getting every-time he launches the game.. Its really annoying because he just missed the start if the new era we were supposed to start playing together and this is gonna set him back big time... Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

He has also cleared his cache and his cookies, updated his flash, and everything.. He did everything that thread up there told him to, but it still doesent work.. What can be done by this?! There must be a fix for it as people have been complaining for months.. If he leaves the game because of this problem, ill leave as well.. Hopefully there is a fix as were both players who are willing to buy tokens from this game

That happens to me. I just closed my browser and re-open it again. I think it has something to do with flash.

BTW, I use Chrome.

Firefox is the recommended thing to use. Also, try deleting all of your cookies, try resetting firefox as well. Hope I can help

Yea, he tried that. Hes tried everything.

This game isent worth spending money on if its going to crash like this.. Dont want to buy tokens then all of a sudden im locked out like he is.

The game has not crashed. It is up and running normally.

However, we cannot compensate for things such as connectivity, which causes dropped packets and can result in getting hung up on the loading screen, or can result in the infamous "server busy" message.

So, once you realise that whatever is causing this issue for your friend is local, and is not the result of our servers being broken, then you realize that your anger with us and our service is misguided and misappropriated. Perhaps you should call your ISP and ask them what the issue is?

Anyway, run a trace route from your friends computer to see if connectivity can be ruled out.

Uninstall flash completely from your PC and then reinstall it.

Clear the browsers cache and cookies and restart the browser.

If this fails, then your friend needs to contact us himself to address this issue. Trying to do this with a middle man only slows things down and hinders our ability to offer adequate service.
