such a situation:
B is conquered by A, I plan to conquer A to liberty B and conquer B at the same tick, can it be? Or must I delay one tick to conquer B?

Yeah, A= Conquered B = conqueror C = You

C conquers B and A is liberated but not conquered, while B is conquered.

Or

C conquers A and nothing happeneds.

Yup, land the same tick as they're liberated and you're good to go.

(Has glitched up on me ONCE though.. Dunno what happened.)

It depends on how many rounds of battle there are. Since all of the battles will take place at the same time.

So, if you conquer the conqueror the same tick as the conquered colony you can assume both battles will take place at the same time.

If the conqueror colony has forces enough to last more rounds of battle than the conquered colony, then you would not have them both conquered even if you won both fights since the conquered colony battle ended before the conqueror colony battle, and the conqueror had not yet lost the battle therefore the conquered colony had not yet been liberated at the point of winning the battle on that colony.

So, while it is rare, you can end up not getting the conquer. It is usually safer to land the tick after to scoop of the newly liberated conquer.

When your units arrive at A and B at the same time and the battle in A takes longer than 1 round, B isn't liberated by the time you arrive. (if this takes 1 round)
