Havoc is a period of time that comes after a round has been won and is over, and before the server resets.

During havoc, all players are liberated, and alot of resources are given to everyone. Things go a little crazy, and sometimes the admins will play games during havoc that can net you bonus tokens! Not always, but sometimes! ;)
