I am in Mars 3, one of our alliance teammates has been banned. He was banned because in another world he and his brother tried to play together on the same server.

I don't want players to have multi-accounts, but there has to be a solution to accommodate this situation. Parent and children, brother's and sisters.....only one can play?

Joe the Admin hasn't responded, but he appears to be busy doing other things since he doesn't ever seem to be on the server.

Can someone help me?

The only way that a family can play is to msg the admin of that world, and tell him / her that your brother / sister / family members is going to play too. He / She will ask u more question and have u prove that you're not multying as well as special terms that u have to agree on.

You're assuming the admin will automatically distinguish between a family and multies. I can sympathize, but quite frankly it's his fault for not telling the admin ahead of time. And yes, families can play but they have to tell the admin they are indeed a family so he knows nothing's going on. And by the way, them being related had nothing to do with the ban. If he got banned it was because they both logged on the same computer to play. What was Joe supposed to think?
