This list isn't solely based on medals or clan status I also took into consideration experience and how other players view the person.
BTW This isn't a definitive list because a lot of these players are still active and winning and I might make changes in the next months to move up or move down players.

5 Best Players:

1. Niko1313 - The first player to be considered "dominant" he has played since 2012 and is the most powerful and feared player ever even though he doesn't play much anymore.
Expected Growth: Not much unless he makes a surprise comeback.

2. Bestplayeroftheworld - This player isn't very modest but having more medals than anyone else in the game and being the best since 2015 has gotten this player a lot of respect and her huge win streaks make her almost invincible.
Expected Growth: After she wins a few more medals there is no way I can keep her at #2 only a matter of time before she becomes the real best player ever.

3. Ogonna - The best player of 2014 and has a ton of medals. Most dominant player before Bestplayeroftheworld started winning.
Expected Growth: Not much she seems to be comfortable playing a smaller role in a top clan for now.

4. Paradoxon - Another player from the time of Niko1313, this player was very dominant and is one of the greatest heat mechs of all time.
Expected Growth: Same as Ogonna but only a matter of time before Dewah77 takes the #4 spot.

5. Dewah77 - The new face of SuperMechs and the best new player of 2015, this player has thousands of fan accounts named after him and many medals. For a time he was also the most dominant player in the game.
Expected Growth: A few more medals and a 2016 comeback could make him the #4 or #3 all time player.

Ogonna is a "she"

Imo it should be more like:

1. Fluffeh
2. Ogonna
3. bestplayeroftheworld
4. j^8
5. r1234

Fluffeh is pretty much the best 3v3 er in the game regularly defeating bestplayer. In addition he works on the forums and wikis aswell as being altogether the most approachable player in the game who was is always willing to help you out with mech designs and testing. Not to mention he's the poster boy of the reign clan and one of the key players who brought reign to the same standard as llyl and htk.

I do, but the fact of the matter is you set up the list as the top players of "feb 2016" not all time. and at the current moment, fluff is kicking ass on all fronts where as the rest of the top 5 candidates seem to be exceptional in certain areas with differing strengths/weaknesses but fluff is exceptional across the (Want to be allies? Sometimes I like to pretend I am a princess riding a pony..) board. mech design, fusion, activity, attitude, community spirit he just stands out in any area conceivable.

I meant as of Feb. 2016 ( From 2012 to Feb. 2016) I should've been more specific.
But I get what you mean and your list is accurate if you mean the best players currently during Feb. 2016.
