What is a "Supporter" rank? I see there are supporter tokens and stuff, but I don't know how to get them.

"Supporter" refers to wether or not you've paid Tacticsoft for tokens/credits.

Supporter Tokens are tokens you can (don't need to) send to another player, as opposed to regular tokens, which are earned via achievements or leveling, and can't be sent.
