Location: In the Artic waters, Ozone Layers, and right behind you

Is it me or is there like a surge of strong players rising in juts these pass days. I never heard of a clan decepticons and they have risen to rank 6 on the clan leaderboards, also their players seem to be highly upgraded. Just tryin to figure things out :)
