i was not paying much attention during the tutorial, and i forgot how to create troops. help?

If you already have a barracks and other structures to create troops then you simply click on your colony and then hit the recruit button that pops up around your colony. Or you can go into your orders and do it that way.

if you wish to redo the tutorial, you can create a new colony in a different world. The tutorial is repeated everytime you first play in the era

or you could use the wiki to look up certain parts you are confused on however the best course of action would be like aister says is to redo the tutorial on a different era
