my mech quickly become a heat based mech and as of writing this i would like to point out this is my 1st forum appearance and i had no understanding of the game before hand, so this is my current mech build...PLAYER id-9802802.

-4x lvl 22 energy and heat module
-inferno sword lvl 21
-1x lvl 21 heat module
-118energy
-198 heat
- 300 health

My mech is no longer anything like this 2 lvl ups later i have messed with it so much i had to pay money to make my mech competitive again , and now it isnt any stronger than it was . i may just quit this game soon.

Try swap out one of your energy/heat modules for a multi-resistance module around your level You might find you have to be more careful about not overheating but a little extra resistance helps a lot

Edit: didn't read the part where you have an energy shield. You might find it hard to keep your energy shield up, if you aren't having problems already if you add a multi-resistance module to your build. However I'd advise you to play around with your build a bit to get one in there somehow

my new mech is way better now again i ended up spending money to correct my mistakes, im gutted as though i had a really good mech ,i had great stats online pvp, now im so far behind its not funny , i have the biggest losing streak and the worst win /loss ratio lol. But all goods i know what im doing now and all i have to do is cruise along to lvl 30 then buy all the top lvl gear and lvl it all up alot and then i can start winning .
