Ok lets say its 11 oclock
BEFORE
on double tick world like E2 the tick used to pass like 3 mins before it gets 11
and on one tick like M4 it used to pass 2 minutes after 11!

NOW
E2 passes about 1 minute before 11,AND SOMETIMES the timer shows 1:00 minute remaining and i get events like i have conquered someone, yeah thats right, the tick passes and its still 1:00 remaining.
M4 it passes like after 7 minutes of 11,which is bad!

PS: i havent changed the clock of my pc :D
whats going on everytime?

This is certainly a unique report. I have answered TONS of inquiries wondering why the tick doesn't pass right on the 00 marker (which I will answer shortly here), but this is the first and only saying that the tick passes early! :/
And to be honest (i am going to try to do this without making it look like I am calling you a liar :( ) It is somewhat unlikely...

The clock does not count down until the time that the tick passes. Ticks require time to process, and this is the way it has always been. The clock, when it was redesigned, was meant to show players how much time they had left to make their moves. In short, the clock is counting down the amount of time left before the tick begins to process. The actual processing of the tick can take as little as 2 or 3 minutes, and (depending on the amount of players logged on at the given time) as much as 8 to 10 minutes. You will often notice that after the tick passes, several minutes off of the hour or half hour (depending on the server speed) have already been deducted. I hope this serves to make a little sense.

The only thing I can think that would cause the tick to pass in any way BEFORE the timer hits zero (and this is a bit of a longshot) is severe latency or connectivity issues. This can be the product of a slow internet connection, an old or failing processor, or an old or failing video card...but again, all of these are unlikely.

This is indeed an odd report, and any screenshots of events coming through before the client shows a tick has passed could be valuable to us in the development department, as if this is indeed happening to people, it could cause serious problems for everyone! Thanks!
