why cant i log in. it brings me to the loading and screen and the three red lines flash on my mouse like normal but then they stop and it dosent load.

i cant logg in either the last page after i logg in wont load how am i supposed 2 protect my colony and crystals when i cant logg in...i tried clearing my cookies and what not it still didnt work......

Try deleting BOTH cache and cookies. Then close all browser windows, and re-open the client.

im a brand new user so sure aint an old cookie problem for me (tried clearing all temp files anyway cookies etc.). no luck, i have IE7, Chrome, and FF running on XP i have a 10 MB connection and i get stuck on the loading screen saying loading tips. i have also left this running for over 30 minutes i have flash player 10 and have cleared all caches restarted etc etc (browsers and pc) with no luck.
the flash bar at the top of the page loads and everything so flash itself is working.

i click on earth to get a recommended server and i have also tried clicking all the earth servers individually, it loads up a popup and asked for a username and password, i enter theese and then it witches to a page showing a loading bar, an hour glass and a message that says loading tips.. and theres some red waves coming off of the mouse cursor but those soon stop and it jsut sits there no matter how long i leave it. i even entered an incorrect password to test the prompt and it recognises the password as wrong so i dont know why it just stops there.

awesome its a list of things ive allready said ive done XD ive used three different browsers even though i nor anyone else has ever played this game as previously stated i cleared the cache, cookies etc i even uninstalled and re-installed firefox for the hell of it and i have flash version 10.
