Do you think it is fair amount of time that people keep getting banned for without even listening to their side...for say for talking bad. tha admin may get only one msg reported to him by the other guy but does the admin really look at previous msgs to see what lead to that statement.

we all are humans and loose temper and say things in anger but is it ok to ban them for so long and have em risk loosing everything in their games...

i think its dumb that people get banned in all worlds and not just the one that they commited crime in.

you may be winnig or in active war but due to few missaid words you are out and have no control..

The player should be banned in all worlds he is in. If he commits the crime in one world, not being banned in one world leaves you the ability to commit the same crime.

You purposely break the laws of the game, you pay the fine. 'Nuff said.

i can understand banning for cheating. but i am talking about language abuse and the duration of the ban.

i thinks bans should differ
cheating= all worlds
sharing = all worlds
but lang abuse.. sometimes i thinks that little too harsh. we all say things under anger. but i think u should be allowed to present your case an if the player agress to apologize ban should be reduced.

Cheating is cheating. There's no ifs ands or buts.

i agree with cheating. but my main point is Language abuse...

should players be given a option to apologize to the parties involved for a reduced ban time?

No. They violated the rules, they should have read the Terms of Agreement when they signed up for BattleDawn. They violated them. They do the time.

Abuse is a serious problem, one abusive player can lose the game 10 players.. If you're abusing other players even though you know you'll get banned for it then you need to learn some self control. >_>

maybe a scilenced so that player cant talk unless replying to a message and there has to be a notification on his colony to all other players he is scilenced.

that is the only other solution opposed to banning.
