On the colonies list, the further down the list you go the slower the client gets. It seems to be every 250-300 players when i first starts.

If you refresh the browser, and jump to 300, everything is fine until the next 250-300.

Why the slowness?

Its a flash movie that you are constantly refreshing. If you keep clicking, yes, eventually your little clickitty finger is going to get ahead of the movie's ability to refresh itself and cause it to lag. That is exactly why we provide the ability to jump to positions in the list. That function eliminates the practicality of scrolling though the list at ludicrous speed. Just get near the range you are looking for, and click through the + or - tolerance range you are willing to have enough patience for.

I don't think I was clear. I didn't mean scrolling through the list at crazy speeds. This happens when you click slowly.

On the first screen everything is fine but, the more screens you scroll down the slow the list loads and the slower the player's sub-menu loads. And this happens even when clicking though the pages every 1-2 seconds. By the time the list gets into the 100's the sub-menu takes almost a half a minute to load.

If it's a known issue then thats fine. I was just wondering why does it get slower the further I go.

Pretty simple really. It is just as I said, you are clicking through faster than the flash movie can play.
