Maybe I'm mistaken but is this really true or is my vision going bad.. We've got a Jr. Mod that recently as in 'today' started using forum and got promoted just by asking.. Now to top that off a woman with authority, yikes.Quote: 5/23/2010 9:45:22 PM ---- Mars 3 new chat I stay out of forums

Worthiness of the people selected to be moderators is chosen by the other standing Sr. Moderators and their superiors. The Jr. Moderator group is a trial group for players who seem to match what its required to be a mod. A player who enters Jr Moderatorship will not necessarily continue the process of becoming a mod if deemed unfit for the position.

Without any offence Anarchy it isn't your concern about someone being given the title of being a Battle Dawn Representative and to be a burden towards Battle Dawn Staff, it is completely up to those in charge and its not just given out just like that, im 100% certain that the person your talking about has gone through the interviewing process of giving an insight about themselves beforehand.

Why is everyone coming on saying she's a "strong woman". Why do her reproductive organs have to take a part in this discussion.
As for the blatant refusal of the various mods to answer the question clearly, I'll say this. I played battledawn for coming up on 3 years. It's about time you guys decide. Is tactisoft a community or a business. Are we friends or professionals. You guys seem to have trouble finding the middle ground so choose an extreme.

Battledawn is proffisionals who care. we try to keep a strong bond between bd staff and it's user. i would also like to remind you that mods are not payed employees of bd, but vaulenteers who try to help the community and the forums.
my opinion is that she haven't been much on this forum, and i know why, but i know she were active and have been active since she came back. her being a woman don't have anything to say (i hope), and i will suport the higher staff members desicions to recruit her as a jr mod.

and as stated above who the sr mods appoint is their choice not yours
