Another problem which have been affecting players either playing on the original site: www.battledawn.com or on facebook.
I have also experienced the same problem as my partner Jed with a player I can't attack on CE so when I press launch the same window as the one shown in Freedom's screenshot appears: Cannot interact with accounts that share the same IP.

About my screenshot:
I have been experiencing this problem for months already:
When I am using that specific Broadband DSL router/modem/device to connect to the internet the problem shows up. I recall Seth posted that problem mostly takes place with players who are using DSL services to connect along with being caused by Dynamic IP Networks (When lots of people use the same modem at once, connection is being interrupted by condensation): Press on the spoiler for more information:

When I use another modem meaning a different IP address: it works perfectly with definitely no error at all.
I discussed the problem with Admin Joe and he stated that it was from my ISP so I changed the modem, net speed feature to 8 Mpbs.
I don't know what's causing the same problem with other fellow BattleDawners but I hope it's going to be fixed soon as I thought no one but myself is experiencing that. Seems everyone is suffering from it now so we shall be answered by a staff member soon in order to resolve.

Cheers !

Hello again everyone: I am sorry for double posting but I am thinking of the importance of that problem and its effects that I am going to allow myself to. If any staff member saw that post, kindly merge it with the previous one I made. P.S: Don't throw any warning at my account for double posting; I don't want to have nor have I ever had one before. Anyway:
I thought of the idea to do a tracert connecting my modems IP addresses to "www.battledawn.com" 's using two different internet providing devices with two different IPs; I always use to be able to connect to the internet at home and on the go (you will find out how):
Spoiler:
It's a Third Generation Small Device I put in my Pocket, turn it on and off and move any units if I am told to when it's the case, not the hell of a secret 8-)!
and I obtained these results:

That being checked, I am surprised to see that at one point in the second spoiler connected to the second modem (Broadband One) that connection is being interrupted losing connection to the original BattleDawn IP and will most likely reset the session and show up the annoying "Server is currently under maintenance message" while in the first one when in first modem; it's basically not the case because I never experienced the issue while using it.
All in all, I can just deduce for all the players affected that there's a problem at one point to connect whichever the device you use to connect ... To the BD original IP for it took it much longer time for the second tracert to be complete using my second broadband modem.

The error is the fact that it took much more time than usual to trace the connection between the device employed to connect to the internet and BattleDawn Original IP address. The use of that is to determine specifically how much time your personal computer connected to the internet takes to collapse with BD Original IP so when it takes any longer or more hops in that tracet for the connection to be traced, be sure that connection is being interrupted by whatsoever which results by the typical Server is currently under maintenance..." error and being automatically logged out of the game.

Hope I answered.

Cheers!
