Is there somewhere a list with units?

For example: what is a DMG Bazooka unit? And how do I get that thing?

Not that i know of

but its rather simple

Beam units : lvl 1 workshop
Explosive units : lvl 2 workshop
Dmg units : lvl 3 workshop
Range units : lvl 4 workshop
vehicle : light vehicle factory
tanks : tank factory
