What are the hit points for?
I know you can get into battles with other spies but whats the scoring system or what determines how many hit points a spy has or loses in a battle?
IE: 2 spies battle both with 100 hit points
which one wins??

Consider a spy like a normal unit with the following stats:

Chassis: Infantry
Weapon: Concussion
Range: 1
Damage: Power/10
Health: 100

Then the battle is calculated normally, the two spies just wail on each other until the one with more health or more power wins.

Oh gotchya. But is there any way they can get more like power or hit points?
Like through battles or spy attacks or not?

Not yet, spy experience is something that is on the To-do list.

Right now HP is always 100, if you get damaged in a spy battle it will heal 1hp per tick until it gets to the max. Damage is always power/10 (with a minimum of 5 damage and a maximum of 30 damage)
