Hello, My life had interfered with BD for a long time, but I think I might be interested in joining again, so I'm wondering what (if anything) has changed since I was last here? (Game mechanics and general community)

The last change to the game I remember is after nukes hit, there is radiation left behind. I can't seem to remember exactly what the radiation did...

I'm pretty sure they have a page that is basically a long list of how all the game mechanics work, but I couldn't find it. I swear I have seen something like that before. If anyone has it please share.
