The ticks are frozen - there is no plan to restart the server. You have the choice between playing on a still running old client world or coming to the new client! (Or both...)

Well, it was the end of the round and we needed to take some servers offline to be able to run the new client world (Soon to be worlds) - E3 happened to get there first. You can switch to the new client or play on one of the still remaining old client worlds (E1, for example)
