I am just sooooo nervous! If you speak nearly as well as you write, you shouldn't have problems. sit in a relaxing position that is open and ummm. this is hard to describe. Put both your hands on the back of your head, like those people in the anime do, and then sit on a chair, then put your legs on a table crisscrossed or opened whichever. This position should help you feel more relaxed as well as more confident, to some degree. oh and this is legit stuff. I saw a vid in TEDtalks, i tried it and it works

Hard to explain. But this position isn't that common and not lets say, serious enough.
But thanks for the compliment!! I am not always that confident when i write, so I am happy whenever I hear that people still understand me

hmm, what i do is watch TV and at the same time be studying or reading notes. this can help because in exam just think of the TV show you were watching and you will remember what you were reading.
just make sure most of your attention is on the studying, the TV should be like in the background.
