Game is full of bugs, three weeks that's totally impossible to play, game freeze when a "smart" player shoot quickly at the right time (when the destroyed mech is replaced by the new one), clan-rank is totally f.....d. Everytime a player quit from battle game freezes and you need to refresh. Winn and/or loss that are not counted, etc. etc. and THE ONLY improvement we can see in 3 (THREE) weeks is: "tokien easter discount".

Now the question is: how do you pretend to be "supported"? why a guy should spend his money for this? for what?

Guys (devs), this is not the proper way to do, we are talking about three weeks, not about three days. Before asking for support offering discount for tokiens, DO YOUR JOB, fix what you broke. Give to your customers what they paid for. For us this is just a game, but for you should be a job.

Here we are. They did a GREAT..... "make-up" update. Maybe cute, but very NOT user-friendly: I cant find anything in the workshop, cant understand the logic parts are stored, anyway.........

freeze bug IS STILL HERE. you win, it freezes. you lose, it freezes. Opponent quit, it freezes and clan score/ladder is counted incorrectly.

WTF guys, fix real problems instead of wasting your time in useless make-up.
I'm really disappointed.
