There is someone who spent more than bpotw. :p There is absolute strategy still involved. You can buy all the mythicals but still fail if you don't understand the metagame and the need to make new mechs. Heck bpotw even has alternate accounts with more medals she's played.
Let us be honest now.... Copying a top players mech isn't going to make top tier mechs and that's why top 3 clans don't change. Most of us also play for many many years already. We had all mythicals in vault collected thus makes it easier to get new ones via free boxes and clan rewards.
