i wanted to know how come it freezes up the time limit when completed like building troops and outposts, upgrading and rearming nuke, and liberating your colony that the person had conquer your colony.

yes, the ticks to complete the assignments on upgrading outpost,building troops, and liberation of my colony so that my colony will no longer be conquer by anyone.

The tick system still has some bugs. The ticks are currently passing late, a while after the counter hits 00:00. Please be patient, and this will be fixed soon. In the meantime, sorry for the problem.
