I was recently banned(again) by Admin Joe, on E2.
His reason this time was:
"Removed from group just to be farmed for crystals...still farming subs"

When I asked him about it, he said this:
i been watching all tehsubs carefully... on rank... you left it just in time to boost the score up... i made it clear i will not have sub farming and this is the same way by leaving it and covering it up...

What happened was I left an alliance(SOTS) I was in, to join another, upon leaving that alliance, I was attacked by a member of SOTO(The main alliance) as I was bringing my units back to my colony and he got 5 crystals from me. I was then banned.

My question is, is that actually a rule?

you can make this think clear with only in game. admin... he must have notice something.

This is a rule that has some play in it. Some admins will consider different things farming.

It sounds like you need to contact admin Joe directly.

Joe has indeed been the one taking the initiative on this, but all admins are on board with the idea that we should put a stop to alliances farming crystals from subs (or vice-versa). Basically, we are trying to stop the practice of using these "sub" alliances to manipulate the scoreboards, especially at the last minute.

Anyway, while we would like to offer up any advice here, we honestly do not know all the facts either way. That is very much a matter between the two of you. Contact him, be honest! He probably knows alot about what he has been observing, so don't try & yank his chain. It will only hurt your own credibility, and present yourself a dishonest appeal. Honesty is ALWAYS the best policy.

So yeah, go back and appeal with admin Joe. Discuss it to see what went wrong, and what could have been done differently, and perhaps get yourself free from those shackles! Good luck! =)

Problem is Seth, I still do not understand what I did wrong.
I left a sub, got conquered, and got banned.
I didn't want to get conquered, and even at that, the alliance who conquered me was at least 4k score ahead of the 2nd alliance(their sub) and had all 10 relics.
I still don't see what *I* did wrong. I got banned because I got conquered effectively.

And Seth is saying he doesn't know all the details about what has happened, but if you tell that story to Joe (and Joe hasn't seen something otherwise) your ban will be lifted

Just talk to your in game admin

Correct. This is not the place to appeal your ban. You should appeal your ban directly with administrator Joe, so that he can offer you an explanation for what had happened, and hopefully come to some resolution.

I know your side of the story, but Joe knows his half, not I. I cannot say one way or the other that what you think is the reason, is or is not without having seen what Joe has seen, which I have not. Have patience. Ive forwarded this thread to admin Joe.
