I would like to now if, Me and my brothers can play on a era, I mean same wifi conection, but 3 different laptops.

Please message the admin of the world as soon as you build colonies.

Also:

With the latest update, you won't be able to attack each other or when you are in the same alliance, sending resources to each other.

I was playing on Earth era 4 and me and my brothers get banned from that era, how can i get back our account?

cuz we are using different laptops, but same wifi conection

btw we were not pretending to send resource, but of course to protect each other, nothing different from an alliance

You can of course message your admin. Ingame or here at the forum.
Usually, we'll look into it and consider if the ban can be lifted.

You can easily avoid a new ban when you message the admin BEFORE its to late.
We don't have any problems when 2 or even 3 members of your family also play. Exactly for this case we've added those restriction now. Its easy and fair.

Unfortunately we have cases, where 10 "brothers" are playing....
We admins think all are suspicious, thats our nature

thanks a lot for the information. but i send a message with my banned account (TesKarD) to Amind Seth and he did not give me an aswer back, I really want to play on that era from the beggining.

BTW i want to erase this account from that era when i get mine back, i create this temporaly to talk to Seth and lift up the ban from my brothers and my account. I hope to have and answer soon.

And BTW i have TesKarD account on Earth era 1 and i was under attack, when this happened, and i dont want to lose everything

admins have to sleep and do his personal works too... now it's like midnight at Seth's place, so I think he won't be able to answer ur question in at least 3~4 hrs more. But I'm sure that u will get his reply as soon as he gets online

Please be patient. It can take some hours till he'll reply (yes we have a life sometimes)
I'd be sorry to hear when you lose a lot units on another world, but a ban is always for all worlds you play and we don't compensate for any loss when a suspicion of being a multi is given.
We take care that the game is fair for everyone and not ruined by multi accounts. So, even when we have some false positive (real brothers), 99% are just multis.

I talk to Seth and he told me that I was lying, but I told him me and my brothers can log in at the same time with each other laptop so he can see the IP that is different for each computer, everyone that know about computers know that each computer have an IP, the router is the same, but the last numbers are different I think, cuz when I was doing as an admin on SAMP each computer have and IP, but when u ban an IP u ban the full conection of the players on that conection.

That is how CIA trace each computer, cuz every computer that conect to the internet have an unique IP ( i dont mean a single internet conection).

A conection could be the same for more than 100 computers on the same net, but each computer have asignated by the router the last digits that are diferent on each computer.

Either way if I cannot get my account back, ill stop playing, cuz is not the same playing alone that playing with ur brothers and friends.

Sorry I did not reply here to this issue previously. This is precisely why we do not handle ban appeals in such a way. In this case, just looking at your accounts, it is apparent that this is one guy with 4 accounts. A good point of fact is that only one of the colonies ever launched a ban appeal, and that was you.

I will once again lay out a way to prove your case in game. Other than that, the best I can do is release one of your accounts. At this time, I do not feel comfortable that there is more than one person operating these accounts.

I am going to go ahead and lock this now, and we can finish handling it in-game. Thanks!
