How does your your symbol to the left of you message change in the forums? Is it to do with awards, forums or something else. Mine says private and i want to improve it. How do I?

Its about how many times you post, I'm new to the forums so I don't know how many times you need to post increase from private.
I don't think its important anyway.
There are some which are restricted, and you need to be a BD staff to have them, such as.... BD maintenance and BD mentors have 2 gold stars, Jr MODS have 3 gold stars etc.
.....Something similar

It just shows how much of a contributor you've been on the forum, the higher your post count the higher your rank. Mods & Admins also have special ranks, to help players notice them.
