I have been trying now for 2 days to log into the new e1. it freezes in the login page when its starts to load the login.i have updated flash but there is no changes

And cleared your cache? The cache is the more important one as it commonly happens that a browser's cache may become corrupt and cause issues with sites using plugins. If it is STILL not working than try a new browser, both firefox(www.firefox.com) and opera(www.opera.com) are free, just make sure to download the flash plugin for those browsers as well. Also try disabling any FW, antivirus, antispy or antispam programs you may have, they can cause problems with websites as well.
