No, you can connect from 20 different IP's in an day if you have a really bad dynamic service . If you are forced to use a proxy on your mobile service that may be causing the issue. What exactly happens when you try to load the game? Can you access the login page at least for the world?

This is a known issue and it's being solved.
Please have patience.
(If I am correct)

What browsers are you guys using? Did you make sure your flash is up to date? Try another browser and see if you get the same problem.
That is the exact same problem I received when I had to clear the cookies, are you SURE you cleared the cookies and the cache, then restarted your browser?

i've done all that i have also tried both ie8 and firefox, on the same pc if i disconnect the mobile broadband and use dial up instead it works.....also with the mobile broadband i can login into the old client mars 3 but not the new one. Another thing is when i try to post on these forums using mobile broadband it stops the post going through and says my ip's been blacklisted?

Is there any reliable phone company in Ireland that offers phone&broadband with no line rental? I need a fast, reliable broadband connection (I work from home) and I have Sky, but I'm so fed up with paying line rental to Eircom! Is there any company that offers phone, fast broadband and allows you to connect to Sky with no line rental? Thanks for any tips!
